Troubleshoot
If your other device is able to connect to the internet, try restarting your Fision TV+ HD Box/Stick.
Unplug the power cord on your Fision TV+ device.
Wait 10 seconds.
Plug the power cord back.
Power on your TV and wait for the Wifi to be connected again.
