Troubleshoot
If you see a black screen on your TV, follow these steps:
Make sure your TV and Fision TV+ HD Box/Stick Device is powered on.
Check if your TV is on the correct TV input. This should be the one your Fision TV+ is connected to via the HDMI cable.
